Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

To cancel or modify your subscription, simply follow the link provided in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is either out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect a full or partial deposit, and your payment method will be stored securely. Once the item is available, your order will be fulfilled, and we will charge the full or remaining balance.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund or partial refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
