Introduction
Freezie Fruits (“we” and “us”) operates the website (https://freeziefruits.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon the arrangement, protecting both you as the customer and us as the service provider.
General
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep accurate stock counts, there may be rare occasions where a product is out of stock at the time of your purchase. In such instances, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to determine how you would like to proceed with the out-of-stock items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase.
If we offer free shipping, the fee will be waived for orders that meet the minimum “Free Shipping” value at checkout. The threshold for free shipping may vary and will be reflected during checkout.
Returns
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We are happy to accept returns due to change of mind if a request is received within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and it will be your responsibility to arrange your own shipping.
Once we receive and accept the returned items, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once the refund has been completed. Freezie Fruits will refund the value of the goods returned, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery Terms
Domestic Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-8 days, depending on the destination and the chosen courier. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed beyond what is provided in your tracking information.
International Transit Time
Currently, we do not fulfill international orders.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of order receipt (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, unless it is a national holiday. In such cases, the order will be dispatched on the next available business day.
Change of Delivery Address
You can request to change your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Freezie Fruits will ship to P.O. boxes using USPS only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but courier services are not available for these locations.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that portion of your order while dispatching the rest.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery times are based on the latest updates from the courier and are not guaranteed.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If you receive a damaged parcel without being present, please reach out to us for further instructions.
Duties & Taxes

Sales tax (if applicable) is already included in the price displayed on the Website.
Import Duties & Taxes
Although we do not fulfill international orders at this time, please be aware that any import duties and taxes are the shopper’s responsibility should we begin fulfilling international orders in the future.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance on returns.
Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement (including the shipping cost) as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.
